The Remote Educational Access and Checking Program (REACH)is a centralized database system where we maintain and update key organizational data on a monthly basis. It includes records on schools, students, teachers, attendance, donors, Sponsor a Child, Sponsor a school monitoring reports, lesson plans, and inventory. This helps ensure accurate reporting, transparency, and efficient data management across all departments.

NFEMIS
Non Formal Education Management Information System (NFEMIS) is an online database to manage data of Non-Formal Education in Pakistan. It enables to implement PDCA (Plan-Do- Check- Act) cycle based on timely data in the NFE sector from the national level to the field level (classroom management). This includes quantitative information such as the number of learners and schools as well as qualitative information to analyses education situation and deal with existing issues in the field and management. NFEMIS covers information of learners, teachers, centers, learning achievement, daily attendance, tracking of the learners, Out of School Children (OOSC), monitoring record of the centers and procurement to show situation of NFE holistically for users. It promotes Data Driven management (DDM) to improve educational situation qualitatively and qualitatively.

The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) aims to Design, implement and manage reformatory and dynamic initiatives in the education sector in respect of the educational institutions, including Public School Support Program, for achieving the objectives of PEIMA Act 2018.

Geo-Tagging
The Sunbeams Geo-Tagging system is a digital tool used to visually represent the status of Out-of-School Children (OOSC) and educational infrastructure on Google Maps. It uses a color-coded system for easy identification: Red indicates children who have been identified but are not yet enrolled, Green represents children who are successfully enrolled in school, and Blue marks locations of physical structures such as schools or learning centers. This system helps in effective planning, monitoring, and decision-making by providing a clear geographical view of educational outreach.
